A concentrated non-swabbable nutritional formula designed to support horses in times of high exertion or stress. Such times may include when competing, travelling, or in extreme heat and humidity.
Stress Paste contains ingredients selected to support the horse’s gut and muscle physiology in a way that helps them deal with the effects of stress. This action is designed to reduce the impact of your horse's stress on their performance, behaviour and recovery.
This feed supplement has a unique protective effect for the fore and hindgut, providing magnesium for normal nerve function, amino acids for gut wall health, a powerful prebiotic and postbiotic for gut microbiome support, betaine for hydration, B vitamins for muscle and appetite, magnesium hydroxide and pectin to help protect the stomach and Vitamins C and E for antioxidant protection.
Each Tube contains 60ml. Pouch contains 360ml - equivalent to 6 tubes. Buy 12 tubes and your order will come in our display box.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Tube is not included with the pouch - this item is intended to be a refill for your existing tube, or dispensed straight into the horse's feed. If you require a tube, please purchase a 60ml Tube as well - it can be thoroughly washed and refilled from the pouch.

Each tube is 60ml. For horses weighing under 400kg give 30ml twice daily, if they are heavier than 400kg you can give 60ml twice daily. Why would my horse need Stress Paste?
Acute stress can be emotional or physical and affects horses in many ways. They stop eating. They stop drinking. Muscles can fatigue quickly with dehydration and can result in reduced nutrients available to support energy production.
Competitions, strenuous work, transport, illness, long days competing, extreme heat and humidity, extended times off feed or other major changes to your horses's normal routine can compromise gut health. Gut bacterial populations can shift. Muscles and organs can be damaged with higher rates of oxidative stress.
