You'll earn $3 credit for every 100 points you accumulate. You can use your credits on any future one-time or Auto-Ship orders - spend them as you go or save them up for a rainy day!
Yes. Points expire 12 months after they’re earned if unused.
Credits can be used on either one-time purchases or Auto-Ship (subscription) orders.
We encourage Auto-Ship ordering so that you never run out of your supplements. Trust us - once you see how well our products work and how animals sometimes backslide without them, you won’t want to risk it being without.
If your Auto-Ship order is cancelled, your loyalty points will be unaffected, however your Auto-Ship anniversary reward progress will restart.
Credits and milestone rewards can be used on ANY order you place on our website.
That means they can be put towards orders that are already discounted, for example combined with the 10% Auto-Ship subscription discount (which is automatically applied when you add to cart using the Auto-Ship button), or during promotions like Black Friday when products may be already discounted.

Our previous loyalty program had technical limitations which did not allow customers to redeem their rewards on Auto-Ship orders.
Auto-Ship customers are some of the most loyal customers in our community, so we knew we needed an alternative - which led us to roll out our new and improved Poseidon Perks Program that allows rewards redemption on ANY type of order.
The new Poseidon Perks program is live from 1 June 2026, but don't worry - you'll have plenty of time to use your old points. All old points will officially expire on 31 December 2026.

Great news - you’re already in the best position!
All existing loyalty members will be automatically moved to Poseidon Perks on 1 June 2026.
That means you'll be able to put your existing rewards towards Auto-Ship orders straight away (which you never could before!) and you'll start accumulating new points on purchases from this date onwards.
New points will expire 12 months from the date they are earned. No action needed and happy days ahead!

Points and rewards cannot be transferred to cash. Poseidon Animal Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
Points accrued up to & including 31 May 2026 expire 31 December 2026. Points accrued from 1 June 2026 expire 12 months from your most recent activity within the program.
Once redeemed, points convert to rewards & will show as available in your Loyalty Hub. These rewards must be applied to a new purchase or upcoming Auto-Ship order within 1 month of redemption. If not used, redeemed rewards will expire after 1 month. Rewards discounts are limited to one discount code per transaction on recurring Auto-Ship orders - up to 1000 points ($30 value) may be applied to a single upcoming Auto-Ship transaction.
