Definitely noticed a difference with this product. My OTTB is much happier and has put on a tonne of weight and his coat is a lot brighter, shinier, and healthier since. I have a yearling thoroughbred that when boxed would eat the shavings in the box. Within 24 hours of being boxed he would have diarrhea. The longer he stayed in the box the worse he got. Within 3 weeks of being on Digestive HP he stopped eating the shavings in the box and I can box him successfully without getting diarrhea. This yearling has thrived on Digestive HP. His coat has become extremely shiny and he has finally started to put weight on. I haven't changed his feed. The only change I made was starting him on Digestive HP. The improvement I have seen in this young fella leads me safely say "Digestive HP makes a big difference".

Horse was not eating well, but didn't present symptoms like a horse with ulcers except for the picky eating. 5 months on PEHP and she's eating like she can't get enough. She's been racing consistently well also and staying on her feed. I believe her daily dose of PEHP along with other digestive management is keeping her gut healthy.

Absolutely love the product. LK Sporthorses specialises and retraining and rehoming off the track thoroughbreds, we are acknowledged/accredited by NZTR. I highly recommend both Digestive EQ and Digestive RP they actually do what the label says they will do!
I had tried a few things with my boy, he was rather tense while ridden, and often violently spooking at ghosts, after adjusting/ruling out all the usuals such as saddle/bridle fitting/physio/ulcer treatments etc my coach and I discussed the hind gut, knowing that you can’t scope I decided to test out Poseidon based on all the amazing reviews. I have to say, this stuff has been a miracle worker, Charlie is so much more willing and supple, he is starting to relax his tummy, and his work is consistently improving. I have also taken the supplement out of his feed for a few days just to check, and the spooking came back pretty fast, Disappearing once he was back on it, so, I’m sold! I have been feeding Digest RP since December and within 5 days noticed a massive improvement in one horse who has been struggling with picking up her right canter lead even though she’s 15yrs old. My main showjumper stopped picking up the left canter lead in a show jumping round and is now much more willing. My daughters pony has given her the run around the entire time we have had him and since being on Digest RP has stopped running out at jumps and is much more obliging 😅 I have all of our horses on it now and have recommended it to a few people who have noticed a difference in a matter of days! Since using the RP, I’ve noticed a difference in the horses behaviour. I have 14 currently on the RP and all horses are So much easier to ride, nice and settled Their coats all look amazing. As part of the research and design phase of our digestive gut health supplement, we initially conducted trials with an early formulation. Yes it is. Like everything with laminitic horses, introduce it slowly, just to be on the safe side. Laminitis can be unpredictable, so slow is always best when adding something new to their diet.
Yes, DigestiveHP can be safely fed to pregnant and lactating mares to support their gut health and potentially also their milk production. It should be fine for foals to nibble on a bit of their mother's feed containing DigestiveHP. However, as there aren't studies specifically aimed at foals for a majority of the ingredients, we can't recommend giving it as part of a foal's feed.
As DigestiveHP includes ingredients specifically designed to address gut health, it should be safe to feed alongside most other feeds and supplements. You may find that with the addition of DigestiveHP and a balanced diet with vitamins and minerals, your horse may not need additional supplements.
